ReSoURCE’s science communicator Carmen Loew participated in the EAA conference from August 30 – September 2, 2023, in Belfast. In a cross disciplinary approach, Carmen compared aspects of project management, science communication and scientific outreach in the industrial and natural science environment of ReSoURCE with research projects in the humanities in a more non-profit surrounding. The presentation was perceived very well by the participants of the session “#496: Coordination, Dissemination, and Communication – Management Tasks in the Archaeological Work Environment”.  A publication of the presentation is planned in the conference proceedings. The annual conference of the European Association of Archaeologists the largest archaeological conferences in Europe and had 3000 participants this year.
